Baking Christmas Cookies

OK, I'm ready to bake Christmas cookies.
I love my Snowman apron.
Papa let go of the blender.... I can do it myself.
(We call her little miss independent)
She loves to say, "Madison do it."
OK we did one batch... what's next?
Butter and eggs.... wait this makes cookies?
More blending
OK, we are cutting out the sugar cookies. When does the decorating start?
Now were talking.... frosting.... yummy.
Madison reminds Papa...... "Madison do it."
Look its a Christmas tree.
Red Cinnamon balls aka ornaments to Madison.
What a masterpiece!
A star
Madison's cookies.... our punkin did a great job. Except for that snowman.

Christmas decorating at our house

Madison showing off her pigtails. She now tells us when we do her hair if she wants pigtails or ponytail.
Madison says, "Look Mama its Madison"
Our Madison Rose is having so much fun with Christmas. She helped us decorate the house. She even helped Papa with lights outside, and she is fascinated with the blow ups outside.
Putting more decorations on the tree.
Mama more decorations on the tree... how do you say no to this face?
Madison putting ornaments on the tree.
Of course, we got some plastic ornaments that Madison could place on the tree.
If we tried to help her, she would say "Madison do it"
She won't take the Santa hat off.... it's actually really cute.
Madison posing with her puppy Lulu.
As you can see Lulu wanted no part of it. LOL
Cheese!
Madison really likes the blow up snowman's and Santa.
Since 11/29 when Papa put them up she says everyday:
"Papa put Santa n Snowman up"
"Santa and Snowman on the ground"
"Santa has a present"
"Snowman has presents... one... two"
"Big snow man has candy cane"
"Snowman has carrot nose"
Yes.... she says this everyday!
She really is enjoying this Christmas season.
Decorating style has changed. All stuffed Christmas decorations on table. AKA Madison safe decorations. The rest, AKA breakable stuff are out of punkins reach.

Madison meets Santa

On December 13th Papa, Mama & I went to a Christmas party (Bostic Steel)
We had such an amazing time. I meet Santa!!!!! I sat on his lap, and I even got a present.
It has been over a week and I'm still talking about how I sat on Santa's lap.
Papa your the best!
Madison was too cute. She kept saying, "Mama look its Santa.... look its Santa"
I've always loved Christmas, but in the eyes of my precious Madison Rose......
CHRISTMAS IS BETTER THAN EVER NOW!!!
Punkin got a present from Santa
Our Madison Rose and Santa
She proved us wrong. Papa and I thought she would be too scared.
She was so excited and kept looking for Santa.
It was the best!
Mama's little princess
Santa chilling out before he handed gifts to all the kids.
Papa's little girl!
The party was all about the kids. The music was even kiddie songs. Madison danced but next to us. She still does not have the courage to dance on the dance floor. Maybe next year.

In December

Ok, I'm ready to bake cookies.
I did it all by myself!
Madison's new obsession.... puzzles.
After she is done with a puzzle she repeats what Papa and I say to her.
Madison says, "Good job, I did it"
Our bright lil punkin can put together 24 piece puzzles (ages 3+)
all by herself.
(That's our girl)
Playing with Papa on the floor
Madison playing with her Santa hat on.
Chilling with my Lulu
Madison working on another puzzle. Look at the pic closely. She put the book with Santa on the couch. Madison said, "Santa do puzzle with Madison"
Too cute!
Only problem if we put her in Dora PJ, she refuses to take it off.
Madison is also obsessed with Dora the Explorer.
Madison in her Papa's dolphin slippers.... or should I say Madison's slippers.
She knows they belong to Papa but still says, "Madison dolphin slippers."
Madison kept repeating for one week, "Madison had paint on hair, face, forehead, hands, legs.."
Yes..... SHE HAD PAINT EVERYWHERE!!!!
Madison painting the wall with Papa and had so much fun.

Congratulations to the Lowry's

Special Congratulations to Mike, Monika, and Matthew.
Christopher born on 12/9/09 healthy and beautiful.
Welcome Christopher!!! We love you so much already!!!

In November

Our little punkin had a cold/croup 11/21 to 11/28
In this pic she was feeling better.
Great having our crazy little girl back.
I say crazy because she says all the time, "Madison crazy."
Thanksgiving day
Hoping you all had a wonderful day with your loved ones.
I gave papa a card telling him that today I am thankful for him.
Ok... Ok... Mama helped me write in the card.
Uncle Dustin was in town 11/20-11/22
Madison having so much fun playing with her uncle Dustin.
Uncle Dustin and I talk via Skype every Sunday evening.
So whenever Uncle Dustin is in town, we pick up where we left off.
I love you Uncle Dustin.
